Dr Charland was born and raised in New Jersey. She moved to New England in 1989 when she started her Undergraduate studies in Worcester, MA. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Clark University in 1993. Dr Charland then attended Boston University Dental School and completed her DMD in 1998. She now resides in Westminster, MA with her husband and 2 children.

After practicing as an associate in northern Worcester County for two years, she had the opportunity to work as an associate in a practice in Keene, NH. This practice focused on modern dental equipment and procedures. She was able to improve the level of care she provides to her patients. Dr Charland continues to improve her skills and stays up to date with the latest advances in the field of dentistry through the continuing education courses she frequently attends.

 After being an associate for more than 8 years, Dr Charland decided to start her own state of the art practice where she can continue to provide the dentistry she loves and be closer to home.

Dr Charland is a member of the American Dental Association and the New Hampshire Dental Society. She is currently serving as a board member of Dental Health Works, a non profit dental clinic located in Keene.
