Meet Our Doctor
Jennifer A. Charland, DMD
Dr. Charland was born and raised in New Jersey. She moved to New England in 1989 when she attended Clark University in Worcester, MA. She received her Bachelors degree in 1993. Dr Charland then attended Boston University School of Dental Medicine and completed her DMD in 1998. She now resides in New Ipswich, NH with her husband and 2 children.
After practicing as an associate in northern Worcester County and Keene, NH for more than 8 years, Dr. Charland decided to open her own state of the art dental practice here in Rindge in 2006. The practice continues to grow today with a growing team of dedicated professionals that provide the best possible dentistry.
Dr. Charland is a member of the American Dental Association and the New Hampshire Dental Society. She is currently serving as a board member of Dental Health Works, a non profit dental clinic located in Keene.
Meet Our Staff
Kathy, Office Manager
I have been in the dental field since 1997 as a dental receptionist and office manager. I worked with Dr. Charland for four years in a practice in Keene, NH before becoming an employee here in January 2007. I enjoy working with people and feel my knowledge and experience in the financial area can help patients maximize their insurance benefits and/or qualify for payment plans so they may receive their dental care while staying within their financial budget. One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is my daily interaction with our patients and the positive treatment results they recieve from our caring Doctor and Staff.
Trisha, Administrative Assistant
I began working in the dental field in 1998. I really enjoy working with different people and getting to know them and their families. I understand the complexities of the dental insurance plans and enjoy working with our patients to help them understand the benefits their plans offer. I believe it is very important to make our patients feel at home when they are in our office, so that our patients are happy and comfortable , which is our goal.
Renee, Registered Dental Hygienist
I was raised in Keene, NH, where I began my dental career over 10 years ago. I graduated from Quinsigamond Community College, Worcester, MA, in 2006 as a Dental Hygienist. For the past ten years I have worked as both a Dental Assistant and a Hygienist. I am a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association. I feel it is important that our patients understand that their oral health is a critical component of their overall health. I believe that proper oral hygiene is the key to maintaining the dental health of the mouth. I enjoy informing our patients of the proper ways to maintain their teeth and gums for a healthier life.
Jane, Registered Dental Hygienist
I live in Baldwinville, MA and graduated from Quinsigamond Community College’s Dental Hygiene program in 2006. As a clinician I enjoy educating my patients about the importance of oral health and its relationship to overall health. In an effort to give back to the profession that has given me the opportunity to make a difference in peoples lives, I enjoy volunteering my time at local Dental Fairs, and for the American Dental Hygienists’ Association. I am the 2009/2010 ADHA President for the state of Massachusetts. I am currently employed at Signature Smiles Dental part-time and work in another officein Massachusetts as well.
Marissa, Certified Dental Assistant
I have been in the dental field since 1999 when I graduated from NH Technical Institute in Concord. I have been working with Dr. Charland since 1999 in Massachusetts, Keene and now, Rindge. I have resided in Rindge with my family for my whole life. Becoming a dental assistant has been very rewarding. I enjoy helping our patients understand the treatments they will need and educating them on the services offered in our office. I love showing our patients that the dental office can be a good experience that is comfortable and enjoyable.
